Based on our extensive cottage sitting and property management experience, we have put together the following service packages, which should satisfy the needs of most property owners seeking a cottage sitter in PEI:
Standard Service
This package includes a comprehensive cottage sitting service which includes the following:
- a visit to your cottage property every 2 weeks (not always on the same day or at the same time) inspecting for break and enters, theft, vandalism, storm damage and structural damage
- storm watch visit: we will visit your property after extreme storms at no extra cost
- email report
- notification of police or other officials if required
Premium Service
In addition to the items contained in the Standard Service, the Premium Service also includes weekly visit to your property.
- hiring of local tradespeople or contractors on your behalf if required (with your authorization)
- appropriate action to protect your property from further damage
- snow removal from window areas
- digital photograph emailed to you with weekly report
- we will act as a local contact for your alarm company
Custom Service
You are not restricted to weekly or bi-weekly cottage visits and we can customize your property management / cottage sitting package to suit your needs. Please contact us for details and a quote. Cost is based on year round accessibility. If your cottage is difficult to reach, you may have to pay a slightly higher premium.
